We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase from NIX. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Eligibility for Refund:

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Tags and labels must remain attached to the product.
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the original order date.

Refund Process:

1. To initiate a refund, please contact us at nixwear@nix-wear.com to request a return authorization.
2. Once the return is authorized, securely package the item(s) and send them to the address provided.
3. Upon receiving the returned item(s) in the prescribed condition, we will process the refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Certain products priced as final sales are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase.

Processing Time:

• Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be processed after we have received the returned item(s).
